This videos shows how to install a Shimano cartridge bottom bracket in quick, easy steps. Removal is not covered in this video, but is essentially the same process in reverse. BB used for this video is a Shimano BB-UN26, but the same basic steps should apply to most Shimano sealed bottom brackets for square taper cranks.
